Questions about lens care, corrections to a page, or a topic you'd like us to cover: this is the place to send them. We read every message. We can't give individual medical advice about your eyes, and we'll say so plainly when a message asks for that.
What to send us
Corrections to a specific page are the most useful thing you can send, especially if you tell us which page and what you expected to see. A correction can be small: a step in the hygiene routine that reads unclear, a replacement interval described in a way that could be misread, or a link that lands somewhere other than where the sentence promised. Say which page and quote the line you were reading, and we can usually find it within minutes.
Topic suggestions help shape what we write next. If you wear monthly lenses and want more on case cleaning, or you're a parent helping a teenager start with daily lenses, that is useful to know. Questions about how a routine actually works day to day are welcome too. If you're dealing with an eye problem right now, skip the form and contact your eye-care professional instead.
A page correction
Name the page and quote the sentence. We'll check it against our sources and update the page if we agree.
A topic suggestion
Tell us what you'd like covered and why it matters in your routine. Suggestions go onto the list we plan from.
A question about a routine
How a step fits into your day, or where a habit sits on a page — ask away. Anything about your eyes goes to a professional.
What we can't help with
We can't diagnose an eye condition, tell you which lens type to wear, or advise on a symptom you're experiencing. We're an educational site, not a clinic, and we don't have access to your eyes or your prescription.
That isn't a formality. A description of redness, pain or blurred vision arriving in our inbox can't be examined, measured or followed up on — and waiting for a reply costs time you'd rather not spend. Messages asking for a diagnosis will get a reply pointing you to a professional, and we'd rather be upfront about that before you type.
Where these questions belong instead
If you're reading about follow-up exams and wondering when your next one is due, our page on that topic explains what a visit covers and which changes are worth mentioning.
Check the follow-up exams pageHow to reach us
Use the form below and include the page name if your message is about existing content. Tell us what device or browser you were reading in if it's a technical issue — a table that runs off the screen on a phone, or a link that behaves oddly, is something we can fix once we know where it happened.
You're welcome to write in English or Indonesian, and we'll respond in the language you used. There is no required format: a short message with a page name and one clear sentence is easier to act on than a long one without either.

Fields marked with an asterisk are the two we need to reply. Everything else just helps us answer faster.
What happens after you write
Messages go to the editorial team, not to a support queue, so replies can take a few days. That's deliberate: the person answering your correction is often the person who wrote the page, and checking a claim against our sources takes longer than sending a canned response.
You'll get a confirmation that your message arrived, and then a reply once someone has looked at it. If your message needs a correction, we'll review the page and update it if we agree. For topic suggestions, we'll add them to the list we work from — you won't always hear which one we picked up, but suggestions do get read.

Privacy and your message
We use the details you submit to reply to you and nothing else. We don't sell contact details or add them to marketing lists, and there is no newsletter attached to this form. If you'd like your message deleted after we've handled it, say so in the message and we'll do it.
If your message includes anything about your eyes that you'd rather not keep on record, that's a good reason to leave it out — describe the page or the routine instead. The full picture, including the cookies this site sets and what you can do about them, lives in our privacy and cookie policies.

Before you write about a symptom
If you're experiencing redness, pain, light sensitivity, or discharge, remove your lenses and contact an eye-care professional rather than waiting for a reply from us. If a lens is uncomfortable right now, take it out. Those two actions matter more than anything we could tell you by email, and no message you send here will reach you faster than the nearest clinic can.
Keep the lens and its case with you when you go — a practitioner can look at what you were wearing. Once you're comfortable again, you're welcome to write to us about the page you were following, and we'll look at how it read.
Where we are
The team works from an office in Kemang, South Jakarta. You're welcome to call during working hours, and the map below shows the building if you ever need to find us on foot.
Questions we get asked before someone writes
Can you tell me if my eye symptoms are serious?
No. We can't diagnose conditions or assess symptoms. Remove your lenses and contact an eye-care professional if you're uncomfortable or concerned.
How long does a reply take?
Messages go to the editorial team rather than a support queue, so replies can take a few days. You'll receive a confirmation once your message arrives.
Can I write in Indonesian?
Yes. Write in English or Indonesian and we'll answer in the language you used. If a message mixes both, we'll reply in whichever one carried most of the question.
Will you tell me which lens to buy?
No. We explain how the categories differ and what to ask about, but the choice belongs with the practitioner who can see your eyes. Our lens types page covers the trade-offs without recommending a brand.
Can I ask you to delete my message later?
Yes. Say so in the message itself and we'll remove it once we've handled your question. If you've already sent it, reply to our email with the request and we'll take care of it.

Most messages are about one of five routines, and the pages below usually answer them before an editor gets to your note. Start with the replacement schedule if you're unsure how often your lenses should change, or the hygiene routine if something in the cleaning steps isn't clear.
